Notice to All CPC Patients:
Commonwealth Primary Care (CPC), has had reports of “imposters” contacting patients of our practice with multiple calls until they reach a person. The call comes from a phone number that has a CPC identification, but it is not an actual CPC phone line. The person on the phone asks for the patient’s Medicare information.
CPC will never ask for your Medicare information over the phone unless you call our office to make an appointment. If someone calls asking for information, please do not give any information and instruct the caller to stop calling and immediately hang up the phone.
